La Zoccola started here in 2015 with a fairly simple idea: take the pizza seriously. The original Nieuwe Nieuwstraat pizzeria uses long-fermented dough and Italian ingredients, making it a useful proper-food alternative when you’re surrounded by quick tourist-centre options.
