O’Donnell’s is at its best when the plan calls for a proper pub rather than simply somewhere to eat. Guinness, burgers, breakfast, whiskey, cocktails, a pool table and live sport all sit under one roof, with a terrace outside when Amsterdam decides to cooperate.
